This place suits me perfectly, providing free parking, air conditioning, and a bar/lounge area. The staff even helped me find a car service during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The secured parking and the property's location provided peace of mind for our stay. Despite the room being a bit smaller than expected, it was immaculate and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable weekend getaway. While there were minor inconveniences, these were overshadowed by the warm hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.

My stay was refreshingly delightful, with the outdoor area providing a serene setting for relaxation and reading. Breakfast was absolutely top-notch, featuring a variety of delicious options, including freshly baked pastries. The staff, especially Isaac, ensured our experience was enjoyable and seamlessly arranged our dinner plans. The room was immaculate, a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it an ideal spot for unwinding and regaining strength.

The ground-floor units lack privacy covers, and the window treatments aren’t effective for blocking out sunlight, which can be annoying at dawn. WiFi access is limited to the shared pool area, making it hard to stay connected in guest rooms. The bathroom is poorly designed, lacking sufficient space for toiletries, with a shelf that seems to be on the verge of falling off. the generator during load shedding is only activated after requesting it multiple times, which can be quite frustrating. The shower is particularly cramped, and the lack of proper lighting and amenities, like a hair dryer, adds to the inconvenience. the breakfast service can be slow, almost like they expect you to have a free hour just hanging around. Finally, accessibility is an issue. navigating the stairs with heavy luggage, especially for those with mobility issues, isn’t ideal at all.

Had a fantastic time! The suite was beautifully decorated and super clean 🛏️. Loved the personalized breakfast options each morning! The staff was super friendly and took really good care of us. Perfect location too for exploring the city!

The breakfast was an absolute treat, a delicious start to each day, and I can’t stop raving about the welcome chocolate and sherry waiting in the room. The peaceful garden provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, making it feel like a true home away from home!
